Small Steps towards BIG results for your Business

I hope that it's been a good second month of the year for you so far. While many of us probably set "Increase sales revenue for 2013" as a goal, we oftentimes don't change our habit to do something different to make this happen. In other words, we don't break down our goals into small steps that will help us increase our sales.

For example, you will have to set specific marketing and sales goals to increase your performance for 2013. To break down the goals, you may want to:

  • Spend one hour per week on improving your website (putting up more value added content/ videos) Spend half an hour every morning to follow up on existing leads (consistent follow up)
  • Spend half an hour every morning to follow up on existing leads (consistent follow up)
  • Reach out to 5 customers per week and ask them for references/ testimonials)
  • Put in 15 minutes per day to add more prospect and customer information your CRM database (so you can market to them)

These examples are just some of the specifics that you can do to:

  • Generate more lead
  • Nurture existing leads
  • Stimulate repeat business

Again, we wish you a year full of enthusiasm, hope and courage to do something new and different to take advantage of what 2013 has to offer.

Sincerely,

A New Year for hope, optimism, and new beginnings

As we are starting the New Year, it is a good time to pause and reflect on some of the things we've accomplished and our experiences in 2012. While, we probably have a list of things that we wished we've achieved, someone once said:

"No one can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending" (Unknown)

Although the economic outlook for the Materials Handling Industry for 2013 has mixed reviews, we can be sure of this: our future lies in our hands. Folks that make up the Materials Handling Industry are a unique breed of people. We have built our businesses, our careers and success on good honest hard work, tenacity, and belief in ourselves.

We wish you continued enthusiasm, high hopes, good health, success and new beginnings so that together we continue to shape the Materials Handling Industry to be better than ever before.

Sincerely,

Wishing that you had a Merry Christmas

I meant to put this blog post up earlier, but time just flew by.  I usually don't fall behind with Christmas, but I actually did this year.  I was behind on getting gifts for family and friends and preparing for my trip to Northern California to visit my grandmother, parents, uncles, aunts and cousins.

I apologize for the late Christmas Greetings.

Wishing that you had a Merry Christmas with loved ones and that it was filled with joy and laughter!

Sincerely,

The Importance of Thanks for Thanksgiving

"The most important thing in life is your family. There are days you love them, and others you don't, but in the end they're the people you always come home to. Sometimes it's the family you're born into, and sometimes it's the one you make for yourself."

Wishing  you and your loved ones a wonderful and joyous Thanksgiving,
